The PGT Online is made up of six different tournament series, each with their own schedule and guarantees.

The PGT Online runs from November 2026 to November 2027, and the total guaranteed prize pool is $250,000,000.

The Vegas Final has a $1,000,000 prize pool, and 1 out of the 50 players who earn seats will win the full million. The 50 players will earn their seats during each of the PGT Online series.

The Vegas Final tournament will be held in January 2028, inside the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Each of the six PGT Online series brings a new handful of PGT Millionaire Challenges. These challenges are your way to get a seat in the $1,000,000 Vegas Final, a 50-player winner-takes-all tournament.

Some challenges, like winning a series Main Event, instantly unlock a Vegas Final seat.

Other PGT Millionaire Challenges earn you a ticket to a Qualifier Tournament. The winner of these special events will earn their Vegas Final seat.

Players can only win one Vegas Final seat. After they’ve got it, they start on the Finalist Journey.

The Finalist Journey is a way for every seat-holder to upgrade their trip. Completing exclusive challenges throughout the remaining days of the PGT Online will score Finalists add-ons for the live experience in Las Vegas.

More details will come during each of the series.

PGT Loyalty Badges increase the chances of players getting their $1,000,000 Vegas Final seat.

Players get up to three Loyalty Badges from hitting these three Challenges:

1. 1 PGT Online tournament played on 8 different days during one series
2. 1 PGT Online tournament played on 15 different days during one series
3. 1 PGT Online tournament played on 20 different days during one series

Complete 1 Challenge = 1 Loyalty Badge + 1 Qualifier Tournament ticket.

Complete 2 Challenges = 2 Loyalty Badges + 2 Qualifier Tournament tickets.

Complete 3 Challenges = 3 Loyalty Badges + 3 Qualifier Tournament tickets.

Next Series: Complete the same Challenge in the next series, and your reward doubles. You’ll get two Qualifier Tournament tickets per Challenge.

Finish the same Challenge in the series after that for three Qualifier Tournament tickets per Challenge.

PGT ONLINE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

Participation is open to all verified CoinPoker account holders in good standing.

Players participating in a PGT Online series may take part in the qualification opportunities available for that series, unless they have already secured a seat in the 1M Vegas Final.

Players must be 21 years of age or older to receive a seat and participate in the live 1M Vegas Final in Las Vegas.

CoinPoker reserves the right to exclude players suspected of abuse, manipulation, collusion, use of prohibited software, bots, real-time assistance (RTA), or any form of unfair activity.

2. PGT Millionaire Challenges

Each PGT Online series may feature its own challenges and qualification routes.

All requirements and qualification mechanics for each challenge will be communicated alongside the relevant PGT Online series.

Players who have already secured a final seat are not eligible to earn an additional final seat.

3. 1M Vegas Final Seats

A total of 50 players will qualify for the 1M Vegas Final.

Each player may hold a maximum of one final seat.

A final seat provides entry into the live 1M Vegas Final scheduled for January 2028.

The 1M Vegas Final is a winner-takes-all event with a $1,000,000 prize awarded to the winner.

Final seats are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To receive and retain a final seat:

• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• The player must successfully complete CoinPoker’s KYC verification process.
• CoinPoker may request any information or documentation required to confirm eligibility and complete verification.

Participation in the live 1M Vegas Final is also subject to the applicable MGM Resorts terms, conditions, rules, and venue requirements governing access to and participation at the PokerGO Studio.

Players who do not meet or comply with those requirements will not be eligible to participate in the live event and will forfeit their final seat and any rewards associated with that qualification.

Any forfeited final seat may be reallocated by CoinPoker to another PGT Online qualification opportunity at CoinPoker’s discretion.

CoinPoker will contact players who secure a final seat by email to coordinate the relevant event arrangements.

4. The Finalist Journey

Securing a final seat unlocks The Finalist Journey.

The Finalist Journey becomes available to qualified players during subsequent PGT Online series.

Finalists may complete additional challenges to earn rewards and opportunities connected to their experience at the 1M Vegas Final.

The specific Finalist Journey challenges, requirements, and rewards will be communicated alongside the relevant PGT Online series.

Finalist Journey rewards do not provide additional final seats or additional entries into the 1M Vegas Final.

5. PGT Loyalty Badges

PGT Loyalty Badges reward participation across consecutive PGT Online series.

Each series may feature active-day milestones linked to specific Loyalty Badges.

An active tournament day is a day on which a player participates in at least one PGT Online series tournament.

Active tournament days are measured from 00:00:00 UTC to 23:59:59 UTC.

Earning a Badge:

Completing an eligible active-day milestone awards the corresponding PGT Loyalty Badge for that series.

Players who have not yet secured a final seat also receive one qualifier ticket for completing the milestone.

Consecutive-Series Reward

If a player completes the same active-day milestone in the immediately following PGT Online series:

• The player earns the corresponding Loyalty Badge for the new series.
• Players who have not yet secured a final seat receive two qualifier tickets instead of one.

Badge Expiration

• Losing a badge does not prevent a player from earning the same type of badge again in a later PGT Online series and beginning a new consecutive-series sequence.

Qualified Finalists

Players who have already secured a final seat may continue earning and maintaining PGT Loyalty Badges.

Qualified finalists do not receive qualifier tickets from Loyalty Badge milestones.

6. Qualifier Tickets

• Qualifier tickets provide entry into a specific dedicated qualifier for a final seat.
• Qualifier tickets are tied to the qualifier for which they are issued.
• Qualifier tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Unused qualifier tickets expire and carry no alternative cash or ticket value.
• Winning a qualifier awards one final seat.
• Players who already hold a final seat are not eligible to receive additional qualifier tickets through PGT Loyalty Badge milestones.

7. Technical Disruptions

• In the event of technical errors, interruptions, or unforeseen operational issues, CoinPoker reserves the right to adjust, amend, suspend, or cancel any tournament, challenge, qualification mechanic, reward, or prize allocation.
• Tournament interruptions and refunds are handled in accordance with the CoinPoker Game Interruption and Refund Policy.
• Any such decisions are final and binding.

8. Security & Fair Play

• CoinPoker’s Game Security team proactively and retrospectively monitors gameplay to ensure fair competition.
• Players found engaging in manipulation, collusion, artificial activity, use of prohibited software, bots, real-time assistance (RTA), or any form of abuse will be disqualified.
• The use of multiple CoinPoker accounts is prohibited. Players found using multiple accounts may be disqualified and forfeit any prizes or rewards.
• All participants must comply with CoinPoker’s Third-Party Tools Policy. The use of any software, tool, service, or application prohibited under it may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes or rewards.
• CoinPoker reserves the right to withhold, adjust, revoke, or cancel any final seats, qualifier tickets, Loyalty Badges, Finalist Journey rewards, prizes, or other promotional rewards.
• Further account actions may be taken at CoinPoker’s sole discretion.
• All final-seat qualifications remain subject to identity verification, eligibility checks, and Game Security review. CoinPoker may withhold confirmation of a final seat or associated rewards while a relevant investigation or verification process is ongoing.
• Qualified players must successfully complete any additional identity, eligibility, and security verification requirements applicable to participation in the live 1M Vegas Final.
• Where a final seat becomes vacant due to disqualification, withdrawal, failure to complete verification, or other ineligibility, CoinPoker may reallocate the seat in accordance with the published replacement procedure, or at its discretion if no replacement procedure is in place.
• CoinPoker is not required to disclose confidential investigation methods, detection criteria, other players’ personal information, or sensitive security findings.

9. Series Modification, Suspension & Early Termination

PGT Online is intended to operate as a year-round collection of poker tournaments delivered by CoinPoker in collaboration with the PokerGO brand.

The advertised total PGT Online guarantee is based on all scheduled events taking place.

The guarantee for an individual tournament becomes binding once that tournament is opened for registration, subject to the applicable CoinPoker Game Interruption and Refund Policy.

Series Changes and Future Events

CoinPoker may suspend, reschedule, modify, replace, or cancel future elements of PGT Online where necessary.

Circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Suspension or termination of CoinPoker’s partnership with PokerGO.
• Loss or restriction of relevant branding, media, or intellectual property rights.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
• Technical or operational issues.
• Security, game integrity, or player safety concerns.
• Payment provider or platform disruption.
• Force majeure or other circumstances that make delivery of the original PGT Online schedule impractical or impossible.
  Where reasonably possible, CoinPoker will first seek to continue affected events under alternative CoinPoker branding or replace them with events or promotional mechanics offering comparable player value.

Branding and Replacement Events

If CoinPoker’s partnership with PokerGO ends, CoinPoker may remove PokerGO and PGT branding and continue remaining events under CoinPoker or alternative branding.

A change to the name or branding of an event alone will not invalidate:

• Existing entries.
• Tickets.
• Qualifying results.
• Prizes or rewards already earned.

Where the format, buy-in, or value of a replacement event changes materially, affected players will be informed and provided with an appropriate refund, replacement, or alternative.

Player Funds, Tickets & Earned Rewards

• If PGT Online is modified, suspended, or terminated:
• Completed tournament results, prizes, and rewards will remain valid.
• Player funds and withdrawable account balances will not be affected.
• Any tournament already in progress will be handled in accordance with the CoinPoker Game Interruption and Refund Policy.
• Promotional or satellite tickets affected by the change may be transferred to a comparable replacement event or exchanged for tournament credit of equivalent promotional value. Such tickets will not necessarily be redeemable for cash.
• Online rewards already earned or credited will be honored.
• Physical and digital trophies may be modified in design or allocation where required.
• Players will not be required to complete additional wagering or gameplay requirements solely because the original series, event, or promotion has been changed or cancelled.

1M Vegas Final & Promotional Rewards

Where reasonably possible, CoinPoker will first seek to reschedule, replace, or continue the 1M Vegas Final and associated promotional campaign before permanently cancelling them.

If the 1M Vegas Final is permanently cancelled and is not rescheduled or replaced, each player who has already qualified for a final seat and continues to meet the applicable age and KYC requirements will receive 20,000 P$ (in-client promotional currency) in place of their seat.

The same 20,000 P$ treatment applies if the wider PGT Online campaign and the 1M Vegas Final are permanently terminated.

Players must still:

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete CoinPoker’s required KYC verification.

A qualified player who does not satisfy these requirements will forfeit the replacement reward.

The promotional value of:

• Final seats that have not yet been awarded at the time of permanent cancellation; and
• Replacement rewards forfeited because a qualified player does not satisfy the applicable age or KYC requirements
  may be repurposed and distributed as promotional rewards through subsequent CoinPoker campaigns or events.

Player Communication

CoinPoker will communicate material suspensions, cancellations, or changes through appropriate official channels, which may include:

• Messaging within CoinPoker applications.
• Direct email.
• The CoinPoker website.
• Official CoinPoker social media or community channels.

Where a material change affects multiple events, CoinPoker may communicate the changes collectively rather than issuing a separate message for every affected event.

Player Protections & Limitation

CoinPoker will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the suspension, modification, replacement, or termination of PGT Online.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a player’s rights in relation to:

• Withdrawable account funds.
• Prizes already won.
• Rewards already earned or credited.
• Directly purchased entries into cancelled tournaments.
• Any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. General

• Participation in PGT Online promotions implies full acceptance and understanding of these Terms & Conditions.
• Individual PGT Online series may include additional qualification requirements, challenges, or mechanics communicated alongside that series.
• This promotion is subject to CoinPoker’s General Terms & Conditions available on the CoinPoker website.
• CoinPoker’s General Terms & Conditions apply to matters not specifically addressed in these Terms & Conditions. Where these Terms & Conditions provide players with additional protections or rights, those provisions will apply.
• All decisions made by CoinPoker regarding eligibility, qualification, final seats, tickets, badges, rewards, disputes, rules, or enforcement of these Terms & Conditions are final and binding.
• In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions of these Terms & Conditions and the English version, the English version will take precedence in all interpretations and decisions.
• By participating in a PGT Online series, all Players agree and acknowledge that the PGT Online series is conducted by CoinPoker and not PokerGO LLC (“PokerGO”), and agree to release, indemnify, defend, hold harmless, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge PokerGO and its personnel from and against any and all claims, damages, expenses, losses, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind that arise from or relate to Player’s participation in the PGT Online series and/or a PGT Online promotion.
